  • USAir Force Langley - Oil water separators for the base.

  • Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) [included federal funding]

  • IDIQ Contract for the City of Norfolk encompassing 87 task orders over a three-year period. Projects have included:

    • H C Downing Library Renovation

    • Several Office Space Renovations including the Mayor’s Office Renovation and Abatement

    • Forest Lawn Cemetery Structural Repairs

  • 5,500 SF renovation of H C Downing Library with a new ADA entrance sidewalk and ramps, all interior finishes and complete electrical and HVAC replacement.

  • 903 SF single story addition to the west side of Fire Rescue Station #7 (Fitness Room Addition with Sleep Room), Norfolk, VA. Included all interior finishes, new electrical and HVAC, with an exterior patio, sidewalk and grading.

  • NOAA Electrical Services IDIQ, Norfolk, VA. Assignments are all based on quarterly electrical and HVAC inspections and authorized repairs of NOAA Facilities in Norfolk, VA. QCInc. provides on-call 24/7 emergency service as required. All work is performed in-house by our in-house electrical division.

  • Wallops CDAS 14.2 Antenna Shelter AC Replacement.

  • Update of the 30-year-old Norfolk Visitors and Convention Bureau retail and visitor center. Included renovation of approximately 1500 SF with all interior finishes and complete electrical and mechanical - both with power and complex lighting.

  • 12,100 SF of asbestos floor tile and mastic abatement in the front half of the lower concourse of Norfolk Scope.

  • 750 SF of the men’s and women’s showers and restroom facilities renovations at Chesterfield Pool Complex.

  • Wallops Command nd Data Acquisition Station Front Gate Replacement and Facility Improvements.

  • NASA 8(a) 5-year Multiple Award Contract (MACC).

Subcontractor Projects have included:

  • VA Aquarium Theater Renovation

  • Chesapeake Human Services: 54 water source heat pumps in an occupied building with more than 200 employees. Executed in eight phases and completed two months ahead of schedule.

  • Norfolk State University

  • Smithsonian Institute Museums

  • Theater Renovations at the Air and Space Museum at Dulles and on the Mall in Washington, D.C.
